This interactive Oil & Gas map of Nigeria was developed in-house and shows all the oil block concessions and their current operators in the country. . Once you have logged in you will have access to the data that you have purchased. You can view the data by clicking on the layers tab.
From here you can access any of the Data Layers to which you have access. Single or multiple data layers can be applied. In addition, you have the ability to change the map upon which the data is plotted. ‘Infield background’ provides a simple map outline; streets can be added using Street Map view and the latter two options provide an aerial view with or without streets depending on user preference Search.
Any search you create here will be added to the bottom of the layers tab which means you can create multiple searches and turn them on individually or all at the same time. Custom searches automatically get deleted upon logging out of the system. In order for the search to work you must have given the search a name and selected at least one search criteria otherwise you will get no search result. Within the tools tab you can draw shapes on the map which is great for use in your reports or presentations and can be done in any colour and transparency.
To get started click the Tools tab. Colour: Select a colour for your shape using either the colour selector or a Hex code. Line Stroke: Select the style for your lines (Line Stroke). Opacity: Select how transparent you want your shape to be.
Measure: This tool gives you a rough guide on distances between points. This is not an exact measuring tool and should be used as a guide only. Arrow: This tool deselects the tool you’re currently using to so you can more easily navigate around the map.
Line: This tool enables the user to draw a simple point to point line. To start drawing a line, select the tool, left click to start the line, left click anywhere on the map, left click another point on the map. To finish simply left click the last point you selected.
Polygon: With this tool you can create any shape you please. Again to finish drawing left click on the last point you created and the space will be filled in with the colour you have selected. Rectangle: This is a simple tool to draw squares and rectangles. Simply left click and hold, then drag to create your shape, the fill colour will be the colour you have selected. Ellipse: This is a simple tool to draw squares and rectangles. Simply left click and hold, then drag to create your shape, the fill colour will be the colour you have selected. Drop Pin: You can use this tool to drop pins anywhere on the map; if you then click on the icon on the map it will give you Lat/Long information.
Edit Layers: Once you have drawn a shape you can select this tool to edit the size or shape. Delete: Select this tool to start deleting shapes you have drawn on the map. Print: Click to print a copy of the map and data you have selected Legends. Infield Shop - Payments 5.1 Infield Systems is able to arrange payment through invoice and credit card cards for American Express, MasterCard and Visa or debit cards.
5.2 All credit card payments are made through a secure payment portal service hosted by Realex Payments where the URL address is 5.3 For your security no credit or debit card details are passed directly through Infield Systems' servers or systems and no credit or debit card details are stored by us. 5.4 We ask you not to email credit or debit card details to us, but to either use the Infield Shop for secure payments or to fax completed order forms or invoice forms to + 5050 where the paper fax machine is located in a secure area accessible only by Infield Systems' staff.
Faxes are not stored electronically where the client credit card details are visible. 5.5 We accept payments in Sterling (GBP), Dollars (USD) and Euros (EUR). The base currency is GBP and for USD and EUR transactions these are converted at a competitive rate based upon the recent average exchange rate with the base currency. Delivery charges are converted to the exact price to two decimal points. For convenience all other prices are converted to the nearest 0 or 5 and to no decimal points. 5.6 Our credit card merchant provider is based in the UK. Although we have been informed by them that overseas customers should not be charged fees by their card company when paying in USD and EUR when their card is based in a country with either of those currencies, this is something you would need to check with your card provider as they may treat this as an overseas transaction and as such a transaction fee may be applicable.
5.7 For clients in the European Union, excluding the United Kingdom, you are required to enter a valid EU VAT number for your company. If you do not have one or you do not enter one then you will be charged VAT at the prevailing UK rate on all Vatable items within your shopping basket. If you subsequently wish to submit a valid EU VAT number after placing the order, then we will arrange a rebate for the total VAT value. If you submit an invalid EU VAT number the order will proceed without VAT, however, the delivery of your order will be delayed whilst we collect from you a valid EU VAT number. If you do not have your EU VAT number to hand then please process the order without a VAT number and submit it to us within seven days of the transaction for a rebate of the VAT.
Infield Shop – Orders and Deliveries 6.1 Once we receive payment confirmation, orders are processed during the Infield Systems' London trading day in the United Kingdom. Our hours of business are 9am through to 5.30 pm (Greenwich Mean Time/British Summer Time) Monday through to Friday excluding public holidays when the office is closed. The office is also closed during the period between Christmas Day and New Year's Day. 6.2 Non electronic product orders received before 4pm on a trading day will be despatched that day, but please note that we print reports for each specific client, so late report orders may be despatched on the following trading day. 6.3 Electronic product orders can be fulfilled beyond 4pm and outside trading hours.
We will endeavour to fulfil all electronic orders as soon as possible depending on availability of staff and access to our systems.
